When we went to do the tour, Pearl is not a bad person that people make it seem. Anyways, we went to the apartments and they were nice! It was all truly renovated and price was good. The only reason I gave 3 stars because I just wished there was better communication of the requirements for spouses in the lease. I didn't know it was required for my wife to have a social security number to be screened. So I lost the application fee for nothing even though I'm a citizen.. doesn't seem fair people like my wife who has a fiancee visa can't have an opportunity to live in this apartment. If one of you don't have a SSN, just avoid applying so you don't lose money, even though it's a truly nice place.

My unit had a minor issue that needed to be addressed. I went to the leasing office in search of a potential remedy, but left blessed. While inside Mrs. Daphne in management was more than helpful in addressing the issues at hand, and we also shared a laugh or two. After a few good moments we were introduced to a Mr. Barry, and the next thing i know my wife and i had our minor bug issue being significantly covered as well as a "Date Day" with my wife. Thank you Mrs. Daphne and Mr. Barry with Sycamore Ridge. My family truly appreciates this.
