I met with Rob Anderson, PGA-Master Club Fitter, this week at the Club Champion facility in Sandy Springs, Georgia, for my third fitting (with Rob) over several years. I've been a single-digit handicap player for many years, so the having the right clubs makes a difference, especially as my body and game have changed over time. Rob is a excellent club fitter. Like in our prior fitting sessions, he listened to my input and concerns, and he helped me select the right equipment for my game at my age. During prior fittings with Rob, our work together highlighted the benefit of changing out some shafts in certain clubs but keeping the heads. This time, we're replacing my iron heads and shafts, and getting a new driver head while keeping my existing driver shaft. Since he did such a great job fitting my hybrids and three wood shafts the last time, we're keeping them as-is. All of this to say, I received "a truly custom fitting" from a great club fitter in Rob Anderson and at a fair price! Thanks again, Rob!

Taylor was a great expert fitter and helped me have a very positive experience. I am recently retired and looking to play more golf after a 10 year hiatus due to work demands. His patience and approach helped me select the best clubs for me. I am really looking forward to receiving them after they are built to my specs. Well worth the time and investment.

Last year I went to fit for a new driver. I worked with Tim. My game was not where it needed to be at the time. Tim told me to go get a few lessons and get my swing where it needs to be. Said that what he was seeing was not indicative of my 18handicap and he thought just a few tweaks would help. I followed through with a lesson and a few range sessions and had my swing where I thought it should be. Reschedule my fitting and got to work with Rob. Rob immediately suggested a more forgiving club head and then we worked the rest of the time finding the right shaft. The shaft was a little more then what I wanted to pay but the numbers in Trackman were undeniable it was the best fit for my swing. The results….in the fitting I gained 15-20 yards on average. My perfect hits with my old driver went a tad further then average with the new one but my dispersion was narrowed almost 20 yards. Rob suggested we shorten the shaft 1/4 of an inch to make finding the sweet spot easier. After getting use to it in the course I am now driving the ball better then ever. My average use to be about 210-20 and if I really got a hold of one 250. Now I’m averaging 240-250 and have had one go 295 (a little help from a lot of roll but I’ll take it bc I at least hit it 265 before the roll). Overall I would highly recommend Club Champion. Especially for higher handicapped players. Golf is already hard why make it harder with clubs that aren’t right for you. Have already set having my whole bag custom fit after I reach my last financial goal (paying. Off my student loans). Will definitely be back and would work with either Rob or Tim because they were honest and easy to work with.
