My fiancé bought a ring from here in November of 2021, and so far the diamond has come loose and fallen out of the prongs (happened a few months ago), and most recently there are now 4 chips in the platinum band. Because we live out of state, they will not pay for shipping to stick by their guarantee and fix it for us, so we had to use a local place here in NC to fix the loose diamond, and I guess now fix my band. I DO NOT recommend this place and girls, tell you’re future fiancé to go elsewhere to get your ring. Absolutely ridiculous. Edit to my original review: The manager Stephen reached out to us and did pay for us to ship the ring to them to have it fixed. He was very friendly and it was a very quick process.

Lea was amazing to work with! She was very helpful with cutting off a ring that had become too tight to remove. She resized and re-tipped the prongs so everything is more secure. The turnaround time to have my ring back was super fast too! I will always come back to DGeller and Sons for all my jewelry shopping and service in the future.
