Hello all, this is bad, I really didn't want leave my review but since I'm not getting pay I have to. I'm a carrier, On Thursday 11 of this Month, I got a load from Hialeah FL to Deerfield Beach FL, pays $500 frozen foods. At my pick up place, I had appointment at 10am I was there 9am never got into Door until 12:45, and the this people didn't want load me right away because they need to load different trailers before mine. I called the broker of AJC, his name is Dalton Thomas, and spoke to him, and asked him if I could load the trailer and charge HIM FOR LUMPER FEE, we'll the pick up place also charge lumper fee no matter what... he answer " Yes, plz do so, and we will pay you" I call my driver and Load 25 pallets into the trailer 25 x $10.30 including tax ( Same Rate as the pick up place was going to charge them) driver finished the Route, I personally send over all the detentions times, documents, lumper fees and Invoice for this first Pick Up location were my driver load 25 pallets. As right now.. they don't want to PAY me this amount of money, I found this very unfair for us as a carrier since I personally spoke to the broker DALTON THOMAS and he agree to pay us. Every time I call him and email him he ignored and not getting a response from him... the total amount due that this company owned me is $257.50 (25 pallets x $10.30 including tax) this is bad because I pay my driver and now I'm end up losing this money.

Brokers should not be allowed to set delivery or pick up dates and times if they have not had a conversation with the driver hauling their freight. My appointments were scheduled when my clock was out of time and even after I asked them to reschedule the appointments they did not do anything and I was charged a $200 late fee. I should have refused their load instead of taking the time to explain hours of service laws to them. They need to stop calling drivers while they are driving and sleeping and the DOT should fine them $11,000 for cell phone violations. It is not like they ever keep us even when we are on time.

I highly recommend AJC Logistics, i've been doing bussines for about 3 years now and im usually dealing with terrific Kellan and Stephanie, we never had any major issues and i can always count of them when i need my trucks out of NJ and TX!
