Came in for the first time to have some watch batteries replaced and a watch adjusted (ie remove links). Seemed like the charge for the battery watches was the upper limit of normal ($20 for standard and $35 for a slightly nicer watch - seiko) - fine. But was also charged $20 to get a standard (ie small, far from fancy) watch adjusted (had links removed) - this is DOUBLE what I would have paid anywhere else. I should have clarified the cost of this service first but never imagined it was going to be so overpriced! Had I known the price first I would have never had the links removed there. It was disappointing to get overcharged to get links removed.

The owner Lee Bryant is racist. I am sitting in his parking space waiting to go inside of the store and he has come outside knocking on my window and profiling me. He assumes I do not have the money to come inside if his store. DO NOT patronize his business. I wish I could do a negative review. R

Nice collection but the prices are beyond insane. Head to Decatur and check out the jewelers shops there. 10 times the collection at 1/10th the prices. For example Malani Jewelers or Zaveri Bazar or Meena Jewelers (and don’t hesitate ask for a 50% discount)

I have shopped at LeeBrant for the past few years and have had only great experiences. They assisted me in purchasing gifts on multiple occasions. The staff is friendly and helpful, most recently I purchased an engagement ring and wedding band from them. They were patient and informative while I searched for the right rings. I could not have asked for a more positive experience and look forward to shopping with them in the future.
