Small gym...lots of broke & not smooth running machines. Broke TVs , broke vending machine, broke/flickering lights. Bathrooms out of order every month or so. Carpets old and gross. Tanning bulbs need to be changed (worthless). Way to many chest machines when you have few machines anyway.40-50 a mnth for a not too impressive gym, but NO competition...supply and demand . That's it.. SUPPLY AND DEMAND. Towns growing like crazy tho, so if someone else ever opens a gym it wouldn't be hard to upstage them that's forsure!

Too small, not enough space to work out or equipment. Too many signs about what rules to follow, makes you feel like you are not a paying customer!

Most of the staff are very kind, they go out of their way to make a relationship that is encouraging. They have a place for your kids to be entertained while you work out which was the most important thing for me. There aren’t many gyms around this area. It’s clean and has a decent variety of equipment. The only thing preventing them from getting 5 stars is their price. Everything is inclusive so if you do everything then it’s well worth the price. But if you go in to do your own specific routine it’s too expensive. It’s in the same rank as Gainesville Health And Fitness Center which is humongous with a WIDE variety of equipment, pool, ice pool, sauna, hot tub, several showers, daycare, food, Ect! I had to stop going.

Depending on the type of membership... for example family , military, public service , and auto pay, all include discounts but 40 - 50 a month. I would call .... for complete details.

You know I go there my husband and myself we go there for silver sneakers and we use the entire gym but I do not know what the charges for a personal trainer the best thing to do is to give him a call the owner's name is Bethany and you're going to find the best and I mean the best people running it and taking care of us you'll love it
There is different plans. It is around $48 for individuals. Plus you can pay extra for a key to get in 24 hours a day.

SILVER Sneakers on Wednesdays and Fridays starts at quarter to 11 usually last an hour 45 minutes then they have yoga Tuesdays and Thursdays that starts at 10 I know they have some other classes if you're looking for a good place to go really really nice people and a nice workout that silver sneakers as fabulous and it's not it's for all ages and I mean it's it is it's fabulous I look forward to you also have access to the whole gym so it's it's fabulous
