Kids and Family friendly, Central location, great people! Good price good, lot of shaded spots, No wifi, No pool or recreational center, need work on the road, walking trail behing. Today 2/21/22 have of the park don't have electricity for a month.

It's located on a very busy hwy, lots are very close together. It does have a flea market on site, pretty big one at that. It's a crowded RV park, but it's close to every type shopping and food, Walmart, burger King, dollar general. I want to add though, there are VERY LARGE POTHOLES as you drive throughout this site, and they don't seem to want to fix them, which makes it hard on a vehicle

Stayed 2 months and if you want to be electrocuted stay there nothing is up to code none of the electric meters have tags on the boxes we encountered “hot skin” twice while there and the ground electrocuted pets as they don’t wear shoes when I knew what the issue was I went to management and was told go start pulling plugs no I’m not an electrician and not a pro person was called I was concerned when they found the problem as the grounds keeper was thrown on his back from a hot line bet he won’t do that again. we were put right next to drug dealers and up next to a busy road things were thrown over the fence and hit our new RV multiple times. Even with new management this place is a dive don’t stay if you value your life!

My family and I moved in this last weekend. The new managers where really nice and help full. As far as I can tell it's a quiet relaxed area. The bathrooms are big and the laundrey room is well equipped. I would recommend anyone to stay here. Looking forward to see what else they do here.

Our Prices are as follows: All rates include 9% tax Daily: $30.52 (Good Sam and Passport America discounts accepted) Tent: $11.99/day Off-Season Monthly (May 1st-Sept 30th): $299.75 + electric ($0.15/kwh) On-Season Monthly (Oct 1st-April 30th): $365 + electric ($0.15/kwh) Annual Monthly Rate: $299.75 + electric ($0.15/kwh) Dump: $10 Storage: $32.70/month for campers, $10/month for small trailers less than 15 feet. As stated, no connection to the flea market.
Rv sites are 349 plus your electric which they just upped from 15cent a kilowatt to 30cents then 12$ for water and 12$ for trash. The owner randomly ups electric rent ect so you never know if it's gonna stay at that price. Our electric went from 149 a month and doubled to 300$!!! So our total rent was almost 700$
Chief land is behind flea market RV park on 11th Ave. No WiFi, no perks, road work needed, electricity needs major maintenance.
Call the office. Its open 7 days a week. There are some empty spaces here but they might have deposits on them. Monthly rate is $225 plus tax plus electric.
Hell yah have you seen the people that live in Chiefland????I definitely do NOT want to see them naked!!!!!! I’m scared 😟 already
