Rv sites are 349 plus your electric which they just upped from 15cent a kilowatt to 30cents then 12$ for water and 12$ for trash. The owner randomly ups electric rent ect so you never know if it's gonna stay at that price. Our electric went from 149 a month and doubled to 300$!!! So our total rent was almost 700$
We do have sites available. unfortunately we do not have 110 hook up. 30 amp lots and 50 amp lots.
