This is the most useless rental place ever. I've made 2 attempts in 2 weeks to rent a truck, both times I was told they had a truck avail, everything set up and get there first time to no truck, and the second time today, had my company call to verify again and after all was setup and ready, imagine that, no truck again. What a waste of peoples time, especially people thats trying to get a vehicle for work traveling.

Update #3: The office contacted me with an acceptable resolution. They located me a vehicle that accommodated my needs and we were able to make the trip as planned. Update #2: The Chiefland office has contacted me with a possible resolution. I will update if and when they follow through on it. Update: LOL. see they responded with the same canned response. I am still waiting on actual communication from the company as the Chiefland office has stopped responding. Still no word on a car other than this copy and paste with no resolution. You know what the problem is, you just don't care enough to handle it. I was notified less than 18 hours before a reservation pick-up, that had been confirmed for more than week, that they would not have a vehicle for me. I now have less than 18 hours to find another vehicle that will meet my needs. I see the previous reviews that this is a problem with this location. They simply say "We want to look into this further, please email us." That is of little consequence to people that need vehicles as promised. If you actually want a vehicle to use, don't count on Chiefland enterprise to honor your reservation.

Still waiting, they told me monday,Monday, it's Tuesday. After all was said and done they did a good job
