Infested. Between the termites, roaches, and black mold this place is not liveable. I had so many issues in the 4 years of living there its not even funny. Jaime and a few of the office managers were great they did their best to help and fix situations. Especially Jaime he deserves a raise! He was always there to help and was like family to me since i was on my own alot. The pest control would never come by i had been on the list to spray for YEARS. I had dogs so id find someone to come every monday so they can spray and watch my dogs while i worked and they'd never show up. Burn it down and rebuild it. The owner is really taking advantage of low income families who cant afford to leave. I'm never going back there.

Natasha was very helpful with Heather & I. She spent a lot of time helping us with everything we needed. She was very patient & went out of her way to help us. I'd give her a 10 star if I were able to. Thanks Natasha for all the great work.

Bonnie, the assistant community manager is absolutely lovely! And so are all of the maintenance guys! Everyone is really kind here, some occasional issues with the unit but they're usually resolved relatively quick.Thank you for your 4-star rating! Lived at williams gateway for 2 years. Originally chose the location do to the surrounding entertainment and easy access to 202.
