Staff very unfriendly and not welcoming. They do not care about your needs and furthermore the management does not either. When did spoke to a Manager Josh about my concerns the response was “can’t do anything about it” like guests don’t even matter to him. It’s ashame cause have been with a big group that has stayed twice in past year there to be treated so poorly. Staff would even yell and talk to so demeaning making too much noise at 8pm by the pool when it’s clearly still open taking away everyone’s fun. Had sanitary issues when checked into room as well as getting sheets and stuff needed for sofa bed and just overall bad experience. Would not recommend to this hotel for even dogs or cats to stay in being it is way below standards of a well functioning hotel and just the worst can experience.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and everyone was very attentive and nice. The air conditioning worked extremely well and had all of the normal toiletries available. It was a bit misleading to see them advertise spa services and Bistro dining as they do not have these places on site. The Bistro serves as the coffee shop that is located in the lobby, but we enjoyed our experience here.

Nice pool. The cafe closes a little early so keep that in mind if you're thinking about getting your morning coffee. It's also not open for lunch. We didn't love the fact that you had to ask and schedule your room to be cleaned. Overall, it's a nice place.

Positive: The attention was excellent. Margarita offered me great information about the area where the hotel is located. It was my first time there. Negative: The only issue was that the toilet needed more cleaning. The rest was excellent.

There's an ice machine on each floor near the elevators and a fridge in the room.

They asked me at check in if I wanted a card added for food expenses.
We were about 20 minute drive from fort Myers Beach. Initially we wanted to be in the beach, but the time we would have sent in traffic on the island was the same as having a leisurely drive to it.
Very small one. Holiday inn Express had a Keurig in room and free breakfast ❤️
