If I could give 0 stars that would sum it up. Waited at the counter for almost 5 minutes while 4 employees stood around talking. Not a customer in sight but me. When a guy finally left the group to come and help me, he stopped half way to return to the group and finish what he was saying. Obviously employees and management don’t care about customer satisfaction

The staff were pleasant, and the facility was clean. I would have given a 5-star if my favorite drink was on point. Maybe next time.

I ordered ahead on my app, the food was ready when we arrived but coffee was missing. There were several employees standing behind the counter and they all just looked at me. Nobody asked how they could help me, I finally had to to say, “excuse me, can someone help me?” So I got the coffee, then noticed 2 of the 4 sandwiches I ordered were wrong. One was one on a bagel instead of croissant and the other had egg on it when I specifically ordered it without. I had to go back up and flag someone down again, even though they were all just basically standing around talking amongst each other. I asked them to remake one of the sandwiches and when they gave it to me, the girl said here’s your sandwich. Not sorry for the mixup, or sorry for the wait, just here you go… My munchkin assortment was also wrong, I ordered no jelly and got them anyway. Didn’t bother bringing that to their attention! It seemed they were more interested in socializing than working. Most places currently have problems with not enough employees but the issue here was definitely the quality of employees, not quantity. I rarely write reviews, especially bad ones but there were too many things wrong here to overlook it.
