No crowd. Place smelled strongly of mold in the lobby and in theater #11. A bottle of water was almost $6. Will not return.

There was no air conditioning in our auditorium. We were told two different stories on why there was no AC within the span of 30 minutes. We were here on a week night just fyi. Checked multiple auditoriums on way out, none had AC. Hallways & concessions only with AC. Most disappointing bit was the managers two stories regarding AC issues. Originally, when I first mentioned to the manager that auditorium was without AC, she she said she’d turn the AC down a few notches. Thirty minutes later, after no temperature change & feeling as if we were in a sauna, Father & I decided to leave auditorium for good. The manager then told me the AC has actually been broken for awhile & that there were people working on it just earlier today to get it fixed. She did refund our tickets. Won’t be going back. Aside from the above, the whole place has really declined from what it used to be when I was in my teens. Outdated as a whole. No one even cared to check our tickets. No reclining seats. Dirty & grungy. Disappointing to say the least. Hope they can get it turned it around soon. Theatre is in a great location.

We like this place because it is rarely crowded. I can think of only a few times that the theater was even half full. The seats are comfortable and the theaters are always clean and the temperature is consistent. The only think keeping this from being a 5 star review is the new system many theaters have now of forcing you to buy your ticket at the concession stand. I understand it saves them from paying extra staff, but at least open one register for just buying tickets. I really dislike having to wait behind a family buying drinks, popcorn, candy, etc. JUST to buy a ticket.

This theater was really nice. Had my first experience at this location when my girlfriend and I came to see Captain Marvel. I love the layout, the seats are great quality, and the movie was great.

Like $10
matinee tickets, veteran and senior discounts
Last i knew the theater was undergoing repairs (as it got damaged from hurricane Irma.) According to someone that works in the plaza itt may take a few months before it opens again. I would call there to see if they give any information on their recording before going there.
