We were here for the Kelly Cup Final! We had an incredible experience! Itβs definitely tight to maneuver around the seats, but people are usually understanding! Every employee that we encountered was genuinely nice and eager to help. Park at the outlet center in order to avoid the parking fees!

My husband, son and I went to our first hockey game. We weren't sure what to expect but were very entertained. We had a great time. They are limited on the selection at the concession stands.

Accidentally bought tickets through some third party app for the wrong night and they gave us tickets for free. I don't think our home team the fuel would have been so generous I truly appreciate it! Nice clean facility and surprised by the amount of hockey fans in florida! Great atmosphere good food reasonably priced great experience with my family and will definitely be returning!

I believe so, but you can always call 239-948-PUCK (7825).
No. The Everblades have suspended their 2020 season until further notice.
They just cancelled their affiliation with the Carolina Hurricanes and joined with the Nashville Predators. Haven't heard anything about them moving though.
They have a STRICT handbag policy. Small wallet size or a see thru vinyl bag. Parking for hockey is $10 but I heard it's more for concerts. CASH only! Food is definitely fast food and kinda pricey. They have beer, wine and mixed drinks all for about $8
I have the same complaint. They need to turn the volume down a little bit
Children under 2 are no charge as long as they sit on a parent's lap, if you want to bring a baby seat for the baby and put it in a seat then there is a charge I'm not sure how much but I think it would be a child admission under 14 yrs. The seating is very narrow and usually have to stand up to let someone by so maybe find seating on the outside of the aisle
I am fairly certain they open at 10 AM
Yes completely wheelchair accessible
It's usually in the mid 70's even for hockey

Depends, on Tuesday they tend to close at 11 pm. But to like public it is 8:00 pm On weekends they close about 10 and family skates end at 10:00
RSW Southwest foot International
Website says 10am to 6pm weekdays
And
The hockey teams do. Other sports are on campus.
If you would like to purchase tickets online you can use ticketmaster.com However when my husband and I purchased tickets for an event, we were monitoring the seats on ticketmaster but when we went in to purchase the tickets they had more available seats and at a cheaper price in Hertz! So if you want quick and convenient you can use ticket master, but you are also able to go into Hertz and pre purchase your tickets.
yes
Chilly wear a sweater
They have some box seats. Thinking that's where you will be.
I would call,however online is good π
There was no protocol for COVID 19. No masks, no temp checks, nothing.
If there is an event the main arena is open. There is public skate on Sundays in the rec rink.
Some performers are requiring guests to wear masks to their shows so you should call the arena and ask. I would think they would post it if you had too.
Nope. We do not allow bags in the arena. Sorry. I'm a chef there and they don't even let us bring backpacks
I am not sure, but I think they do. We didn't pay for parking for the event we attended.
Yes. We had to wear a mask during the hockey game except while eating or drinking
https://skateeverblades.com/public-skating/ Here's the link for public skating info
from the website as of Friday public skate is not available
Yes I'm pretty sure it is all tho I think it's only from a certain time of day. I could be wrong but yes skating is still available!
Here are the guidelines: https://hertzarena.com/2018/11/hertz-arena-new-security-bag-policies/ Small clutch bags, with or without a handle or strap, don't have to be clear, but can't exceed 4.5β x 6.5β.
Yes, you should not have any issues with a cane.
I have heard there is. I have not used it so l couldn't tell you where it is but the staff is so friendly an helpful l am sure they will show you. β€ β€ π
I would cut your loss and just find a friend that can use them.
I would call ahead by at least 24hrs or sooner if possible.

Yes, he has rescheduled concerts coming Sunday the 8th, Friday the 13th and Sunday the 15th. Search your ticket seller.
Yes
Yes..last time I was there it was.
Not sure for the performance, but I do know that you would want to arrive early.
No spanish here, but wouldn't have mind answering question by any other means.
Yes you can wear whatever
I believe 10 a.m. due to ticket sales some get the tickets directly from the arena
For the women. No large purse. They will make you leave in car, or check it in at security.
Yes, two elevators. If you're looking to buy tickets I would suggest going to website policy on accessibility. They have a listing of what sections have accessible seating, would make your event going a lot easier.

That would depend on a number of things including the venue, promoter, etc. It would be best to call and ask ahead of time if possible or read the full return policy online if available.
I would think so but you have to go through security checks now so YouTube Billion Dodge try it and see what happens
Yes
No, only the naming rights have been sold, not the facility. FGCU has proposed the purchase of the facility. It is their home ice and they do have a ton of money they do not know what to do with at the moment. The request by FGCU is being considered along with the ramifications if the offer is accepted.
As far as I know, yes. But Hertz is runnin the arena now. I wouldn't think they would change any of those activities.
All I see is Old Dominion, High Valley, and Michael Ray
You are very cramped in the floor seating and different level chairs. It's possible if the arena will allow it but it will be tight.
Depends on the event you are attending. Check the event time listings
The music comes in waves as performers whose fees and draw fit the venue make their rounds.
Yes, chip with cheese, popcorn, etc
Box office opens at 10am
Yes call them and they will gladly answer
If there is one, then maybe. I mean you CAN bring her to one if you are raising her in a Christian Household. But recently, there's been a lot of Christian Activities going on at German Arena.
You would have to contact the place

Yes,they are very accommodating. There is an elevator for the second floor & comfortable wheel chair seating.
Yes, children are always welcome at Germain Arena.
Depending on where and what class.
This type of question is best served by going to their website, FB message or calling them directly.
It faces East on the Southeast corner of the building and is conspicuously marked
Ask your phone. I just asked my phone and it says yes there is public skating today from 6 until 8. And the admission charge includes skate rental.
No, but they might make you walk the 75 yards from the pay spot to the entrance unless you're handicap. Haven't tried this myself, but it's worth a shot to avoid the parking charge to get dropped off at the door. Worst case, you get a little exercise if you're not handicapped...
It's open for events so you have to check their event calander
e
