I brought my chihuahua, Bandito, here for his first appointment after adopting him and wow! I can’t say enough great things about Estero Animal Hospital. The entire staff was amazing. Bandito was pretty nervous when we first arrived, but all of the staff took turns holding him and basically treating him like a movie star which really helped to calm him down. Y’all were incredible! We saw Dr. Jen who was truly fantastic. She took the time to go into great detail with every bit of information, and was incredibly patient with all of the questions I had. She was able to ease some concerns I had, too. I never felt rushed, and was very happy to have been able to be in the exam room during the appointment. While I don’t think that choosing the least expensive vet is the best choice, I was pleasantly surprised at the cost of the appointment which also included a 6 month supply of Heartguard chewable tablets. That being said, I would continue to come here even if it the costs were higher. They are really that good here. Big thanks to all of the staff for being so friendly and welcoming to Bandito and I. He made lots of friends and we now have our forever vet!
