I'm not going to say it's good quality it's very cheap. However I'm good at keeping up my hair. I wear it a long time for weeks I wash and condition after it gets oily blow it add Chi wrap it put it in the bonnet the next morning I be flowing. It do shed like a sheep dog but I color it blond. I could go to true glory that's all I use to use but this hair do what I need it to do. I braided it up wet it I was wavey in PR... you can shine on a dime if you take care of it...

I cannot speak on the quality of hair because I have not used it yet. However, I know they have poor operating procedures. I purchased hair, all within 10 min decided I needed a longer length… went back into the shop- hair in original packaging, net on the hair, the two zip ties still on the hair wefts and the store tag all attached to the hair… denied an exchange. An exchange in which I would have been purchasing a higher priced item at that. Makes no sense. On top of that, they have a credit card processing fee. Too many hair shops around, they eliminate themselves.
