I am thankful that the their actions spoke at the second visit. My ability to void this office is to remove the acceptance of a lack of compassion. The thought of knowing that this place calls themselves a medical facility is quite humorous. I had parents that couldn’t say enough about them. When today they showed their motives to their practice. It isn’t difficult to understand given the harrowing incident that happened today. The negligence in treatment concerning my parents due to wrecks on the interstate that was out of their control! They refused to see my parent nor work them in due to being late cause of the wreck. They drove from Alabama outside of Birmingham. Your receptionist “sorry” didn’t cover the gas, time off from work and stress of the drive. So, the kindergarten apology meant nothing! Working in medical you hear the stories of offices that truly only come for a check. I just feel bad my parents got blind sided with money scammers . We are so glad though to find a physician with the experience ,education and good bedside manner. Hate they wasted the first trip on you money vultures. I’ll be sure to inform Joint Commission of the lack of treatment. Prayers for the patients that go their hopefully they will find treatment soon instead of neglect. Your office is the definition of pathetic!

I was very pleased with my first visit to Atlanta Institute for ENT, P.C. The front desk and staff were friendly and organized. My visit was with Dr. Scott Brown, and I was impressed with his medical knowledge and the recommendations he made for me.
