I can't speak to the customer service but that particular definitely has low inventory on a lot of items. When I visited this location in February they didn't seem to have many basic arts and crafts items.

The lines was long that was great, they had enough Cashiers. Their hair products doesn't cater to this community, the staff that I ran across was very pleasant. They didn't carry OX Tails or Chicken Gizzards.
