First I want to say that I believe this stylist does really great work! I was more than satisfied with the haircut and style. However, she was more than an hour late for my appointment in addition to having another client ahead of me. When I arrived at the salon after traveling from another state- the lights were out and it was nearly impossible to contact anyone. Once she arrived -I was informed I would have to continue to wait as she had another client ahead of me. After repeatedly asking me if I wanted color-I explained my hair had been badly damaged and I really wanted to avoid it to allow my hair time to heal. After stating no multiple times…she was Still very persistent about color-I finally relented. I believe her work and talent are impeccable however on this day-I don’t feel that I-as a client- and my desires/time were completely considered. My visit was very costly and I left feeling like just another dollar. Really unhappy about the customer service.

Ladies beware and focus on HEALTHY hair not processed processed or straightened hair. I purchased razor chic flat iron with infused oil a few years ago and never put in a review. Looking at her straighten hair with the oil infuser seemed like a brilliant idea. I used the flat iron and it leaked constantly and was messy. I even burned my hand using it. I contacted her and she sent another one. Same thing happened and they went in the trash, resulting in a couple hundred dollars wasted. Looking back I realize how foolish I was. I now rarely straighten my hair, have zero chemical processing in my hair ( for years now), and embrace and love my natural hair. Using the right products will have you falling in love with your “natural hair”. Natural may not be for everyone, but I look at these transformations and seriously wonder how their hair looks in a month. I also don’t see any repeat customers 🤷🏽‍♀️.
