So so happy with our experience!! Check in was super simple & speedy. The room was clean and spacious. We checked in for one night, in the middle of the week and because they were slow they upgraded us from a regular room to a waterfront suite, at no extra charge. That was so thoughtful and we really appreciated that gift. We spent the entire evening watching a gorgeous sunset from our balcony. Thank you for great service and a beautiful room! I just have to share a picture because it was breathtaking. No filters needed :)

You can tell this used to be a nice place but staffing shortages have hit hard. They would not clean the room while we were here—not even once—and the pool was dirty. The little bar by the pool didn’t open the entire time we were here. There were bugs all around the pool area. I can tell the owner is trying, but ultimately, I’m sorry we stayed here.

My husband and I made reservations to stay at Legacy Harbour in October. The reviews we read online were great and the location was ideal for walking downtown; but we ran into some hiccups during our recent visit. When we checked-in, we learned the property had just been sold (literally the week prior) and will be turned into future condos. This transition to new ownership unfortunately affected us as our room had not been cleaned or properly sanitized (open containers of food, milk, and lunchmeat still in the fridge, dirty kitchen and a dirty bathroom). On a positive note, the property manager, Mark, was very nice and went to a nearby store to buy bathroom cleaning supplies. We cleaned the room ourselves since Mark was the only employee on-site. On the evening before our departure, we learned that our next-door neighbor's room key opened our door but not theirs. Fortunately, our neighbor was a lovely woman who meant no harm! Since this happened after lobby hours last night and we checked out early this morning, we were unable to let Mark know about the room key issue. We were charged the full amount for our stay which was pricey and disappointing considering the circumstances.

The staff was awesome, Kerry and his wife were so kind and helpful. Nathan was also very helpful and kind. It’s a nice quiet place, that is within in walking distance of down town, and a grocery store. The rooms were clean, and everything worked…. What else could you ask for?
