I send messages via the website or have member services send a message to who i need to talk to. I have always been called back in a timely manner. I know doing it that way takes some getting used to. Especially when you have just switched to Kaiser and have always been able to call each different dr office directly.
I've found that if you go through Member Services to make an appointment, it goes much smoother. Use them.

Yes they do. The admin desk upstairs at the Townpark location keeps the lost and found items that are turned in.

That’s something you would need to call member services for since each plan is different. The number is on the back of your card, or you can google kaiser member services and call the number listed for your state!

The Immediate Care facility is open 24/7 and the pharmacy is open M-F 8-11 and Saturday and Sunday 9-6
