I send messages via the website or have member services send a message to who i need to talk to. I have always been called back in a timely manner. I know doing it that way takes some getting used to. Especially when you have just switched to Kaiser and have always been able to call each different dr office directly.
Contact member services and they can direct your call or at least provide you with a direct number. They helped me.
They do have a main number. Sounds like you mean direct to the doctor. Nope, but you can easily schedule a video chat yourself if you use the KP app. It's wonderful!
