Why is it so challenging to get an apppintment and y’all to someone at the ksaw office? Just spent 20 min trying to book an appointment and hung up in frustration. You can’t streamline the appt process kp.

I've found that if you go through Member Services to make an appointment, it goes much smoother. Use them.
