Went to pick up the car at this location car was so dirty we asked if it could be cleaned the attitudes that came behind that before saying we have another one that has just been washed when I say the car that had supposedly been washed was dirtier than the one that was previously offered, dirt floors, dog hair on seats and floor black carpet so dog hair was easily spotted 😐 so I we let them know. They became even more frustrated because we didn't just gratefully except a dirty vehicle that we were paying for. We are very disappointed and angry after seeing our only options we decided to take the car that had the dog hair etc because it was the only size car that we needed to fit our bags and we couldn't cancel and go somewhere else because it was almost closing time and we rented the vehicle to drive down to Miami for our aunts funeral. The first thing we did was drive to a car wash and not to mention the young lady that closed out the reservations did not even examine the car at all for any damages etc. The energy they gave me and my sister was we are quitting any day vibes and we don't care about this job. It was both a dude that start giving attitude first when my sister initially said the car is really dirty and then the other negative energy came from the female that sat right next to his desk it was the worse experience ever and it's sad because our family only use enterprise but at this point I really just might give another car rental place a chance because this was awful

We had no issue with customer service or the rental itself. All went smooth and quickly. But in the past 2 months out credit card has been charged twice for toll charges which I’m positive we paid at every booth we went through! Which was only 2 of them. When you call they can’t help at all and refuse to adjust the charges. They are small charges but if they charge everybody they rent to $2-3 bucks a few times then yes they’re making a small fortune for doing nothing except stealing from their customers. So next time we will definitely be using a different rental company

I have used Enterprise for both personal and business use and never had an issue until I tried this location. I typically rent from the Wesley Chapel or an airport location however I live 5 minutes away and all other locations where booked up for the Holiday weekend so I thought why not. I made an online reservation for 12/31 thru 1/3/22 (location closed Sunday the 2nd). Check in was smooth as I didn't have to wait long (maybe 5 minutes) and car was clean. I advised the rep who was helping (very nice "Ryan" I think") I only needed the car until Sunday but couldn't adjust it for that day via online being they would be closed and would be returning a day early around 3PM, which he noted the obvious drop box located right outside the door. Sunday comes I park the rental in eye view of the door and cameras, took a full video of the car as proof of no damage, key in drop box and I made sure to return car on full (as I received it). Typically when I return vehicles I get a warm call or just an email of the receipt, but around 10:50 am Monday realized I hadn't so I called to request one. I spoke with Lewis Marsden (Branch Manger) advised I returned car early and asked what was the amount I could expect refunded to my credit card. He advised the deposit of $300 would be returned. Now anytime I have returned my vehicles early I have ALWAYS received a credit whether they were open or closed, but Lewis advised this would not happen as they were closed Sunday and no agents nor cameras to ensure the return so I would be billed accordingly no adjustments (Camera's directly front of door) I politely asked for corporate number and called to give them my feedback on my experience and it was forwarded to a higher up for further review. 20 minutes later the branch Manager Lewis called to advise he was given my feedback and as courtesy would make the 1 day return adjustment. I was appreciative and Lewis was professional about it, but I will continue to rent only with locations I have a history with to avoid this experience in the future.

Not sure at this time I would call and check with them sometimes it can make a difference on type vehicle your needing to rent.

Estimates about 326 with tax not include damage coverage and liability insurance usually around $35+tax per day
I'm sure they probably do just give him a call you might have to reserve it in advance but just check with them
They don't deliver, but they will come get you at Apollo Beach.

They give you a flat amount of mileage and as far as taking the car out of state I'm not really sure you'd have to ask them
When you set up the car choose to rent from one location and return to another. Beware they charge a hefty amount to return to a different location than you pick up from. Also if you rent from the Sun City Location call the day you arrive as this location is horrible horrible and never has cars available when you arrive.
They have regular 5 seaters or less readily available. To be on the safe side, I would make a reservation for the vehicle I need.
