Tasty. If anything, a little under seasoned but the quality of the food was definitely in line with the cost and the ambience was very pleasant. The waitress was on top of the job and made sure that we were looked after.

Gary was very nice when he took my order over the phone. I asked if I can have zucchini as the side, he said yes. But, when I picked up the food, the lady at the bar was very rude and condescending. She said, "Just so you know, this comes with tater tots, not zucchini." SMH! WOW...Food was great, but the customer service from her was awful! I will never order from this Ruby Tuesday ever again. She is ALWAYS rude!

I’ve had pretty bad experiences at this Ruby Tuesday and I decided to give them one more chance on 9/22. I told my server, Jessica, of my previous experiences and she made it her mission to make sure I had a tremendous time. She and her manager, Melissa, were amazing! They made sure my food was just right, my drink was always replenished, and they were so funny! I thank you Jessica and Melissa for making sure my experience at Ruby Tuesday was enjoyable. I will definitely be back! Jessica has a new returning customer.
