The two brothers that were operating the store today went above and beyond for me and my wife. I had to return after dropping our sausages in the middle of the road by accident while riding my motorcycle home. After hearing that story, the guys packed up more sausages for me to take home and refused my money. That’s old-fashioned and hard to come by these days! I was sure to leave them each a donation for their kindness. We will be back soon!

I called to see what time they closed today being it is Labor Day, they told me they close at 4 and start cleaning up by 2pm that if I wanted anything cut I had to be in by 2pm. I show up at 1:30pm and they tell me the saw has already been cleaned for the day. I then said, i was told to be here by 2pm that it was only 1:30, he continued to look at me. Poor customer service. Rude employee, he acted as if he didn’t want to even be at work. We won’t be back. This reminded me why we go to striplings.

Great shop! The owner and his son are super attentive. The steaks and pork chops I purchased were the juiciest I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating! So flavorful! Won’t go anywhere else for my future meat needs.

Yes, they do. I feel I need to add to Mr. MacDonell's negative post. Their meat prices vary depending on market prices. Right now meat is up, therefore their prices are up. If you are looking for quality, this is definitely the place to go. I get my steaks from nowhere else.
That would depend on the cut that you ask for. If you request a thin cut then that would mean you would get more steaks, a thick cut would result in less number of steaks.
