Order my food at 515 to be picked up at 615. Got there at 605was told it would be 10mins. Walked at the door at 645 with no sorry it took so long thank you for your patience. Nothing. And only two people in dining room eating. Will be a longgggggg time before I go back

I have been to several Shane's Rib Shacks across the country. I have never been turned away till today at the Loganville location. As I write this they are still open, but would not serve me. Told me I could not have dine in, because they closed in 10 minutes. I could not do a carryout, because I am traveling. I truly hope Shane gets this location back in line. Restaurant has some of the best BBQ.
