I tried to make an appointment to get my shoulder taken care after a fall and waited for 20 minutes. After they answered they ask what the appointment was about. I explained the problem twice and they continued to ask the same questions and I thanked them and hung up.

I don't think so. The Jewel address or the Wheeling address would be better. Jewel is main prosthetics.... Call Jewel
Don't speak Spanish ask in English
You can take him to the main VA in Aurora and go to the Audiology Department and they'll do a hearing test on your dad on a walk-in basis but the phone number is 303 3998020 and I believe it's option 2 to set appointment but you really don't need an appointment you can walk in for hearing test
I heard that the "New" VA hospital should open soon. It has yet to finished, over budget and construction time.
