I wasn’t sure at first but after my first workout, I was very pleased with the class format, helpful instructions and results analysis.

I had not been to OTF in a few years, and I realized I was just not seeing the results working out on my own. So, I went back to OTF after a long hiatus and I forgot how great these overall work outs are. I play a racquet sport called sqaush, trail run, and swim on a consistent basis but by adding two OTF work outs a week improved my fitness and performance in each these area's. The overall work out is fantastic and the coaches really mix it up on every class. I highly recommend!

Their workouts are NOT for the faint of heart! I always come in thinking I won’t be able to finish, and always leave feeling accomplished. If you go even 3 times a week you will start to feel progress. My endurance has improved IMMENSELY. I feel like I can finally do Colorado hikes and handle elevation. It’s $160 for unlimited which is expensive but I get more out of the workouts than I have at any other studio.
