Amazed by how efficient this office runs. Came here for pre employment physical. I arrived to a packed waiting room and immediately assumed this was going to take a long time. 30 minutes later I’m driving away. The staff was super friendly and made the experience more efficient.

Terrible. If you are coming here for workers comp please look on your list and go somewhere else. I came here because they were the only place open on Saturday. I needed a doctors note to go on light duty as I had to work throughout the weekend and the weight of my job was doing more and more damage to my shoulder. Doctor informed me that they do not recommend light duty for repetitive motion injuries and sent me back to work. Today the office called me and told me that I was recommended for 3 physical therapy visits this week. When I told them that might be a challenge as I am still working 40+ hours a week and have 5 kids to care for they told me I could come in for the 3 visits a week or NOT AT ALL. Terribly rude and unconcerned with others problems.

Unprofessional customer service I called them at 2:30 to do my drug test she told me if I get there by 3pm they will take me in I drove there 30 minutes I got there at 3 pm the lady at front desk told me we can't take you today she was very rude she didn't even apologize the made ne Drive one hour for no reason.

I purposely went into this Concentra late because they usually are super busy. So when I went inside there were four people sitting in the lobby three including myself for drug tests and one to see a doctor and I still sat in the lobby for almost an hour before they let me use the restroom for my drug test kinda stupid if you ask me hire more people or schedule more people to help do the drug test they only take five minutes tops so I don’t why the long wait !!!
