Have a bad experience here, I would give 0 star if I could. I went there with my mom because she have a knee pain. I read on their website that they can help with knee pain. So, we fill the paperwork (I used tablet to fill the form) and chose the knee section on the tablet. The doctor look at our paperwork and went to the waiting room. He basically rejected us in the waiting room without even doing an evaluation. He just stand there and said that my mom better go to orthopedic or pain management. He said, they didn't treat knee pain, they specialize in spinal section. Then, why the website said they can ? That's weird and rude. At least he can do an examination to check before saying that he can't do anything. Unfortunately I forgot his name. I then went to another chiropractors (Lovett's family chiropractors), and Dr. Patrick is really nice, he examine my mom and yes he can help with my mom's knee pain and turns out It is because of her lower back problem that her knee is in pain. What's wrong with the doctor at the joint ? It is so unprofessional to just reject a patient without even doing an examination.
