Horrible customer service and racist at the front desk! Nasty attitudes from staff. I came to schedule an appointment and sherry the receptionist told me that she was too busy to help me. She told me to sit down and wait. Another person came and asked if it was my turn but the receptionist told her not to worry about me because she's "Hispanic". I was ignored for an hour and a half just to be told that she didn't understand how my insurance worked and that it was very difficult for her to complete. She had me write my name and phone number so she had me wait for nothing. I am fully bilingual and the white women didn't even try to speak English to me. She insisted on calling someone else to speak Spanish to me

(First visit) I was scheduled in a timely manner. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Mack Green was also very nice. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything thoroughly. He really cared about finding the cause of my pain and loss of range of motion in my right shoulder. As a person who dislikes Drs due to a genetic condition (Ehlers-danlos syndrome), this was a visit that I didn't feel brushed off or my concerns ignored. This Dr truly seems care about patients and helping them get better. Hopefully soon with their help, I can be pain free and have range of motion back in my arm/shoulder.

I just recently switched my care to Dr. Green and he has met or exceeded all of my expectations in a doctor. He takes enough time to answer all my questions thoroughly, he is kind, he is on time (the most important quality in a doctor for me), and his office is spotlessly clean. Also, his staff is friendly and professional.

First ever visit was a good one. Dr. Green has amazing bedside manners and definitely listens to your concerns and issues. Feedback is good. He took a minimal approach with my treatment at first instead automatically recommending surgery without exploring all options of care. Will update after intital treatment is completed.
