Maria from this office is EXTREMLEY RUDE. As a receptionist in another office she does NOT KNOW how to conduct business in a professional level. If she treats a fellow dentist office with poor manners I can only imagine how she treats her patients. Very disappointed in this office and how they conduct business.

Two appointments in a row have gotten cancel the same day of my appointment. I have gotten the days off from work because we are a family of 4 and they were kind to accept all of us but there is no point if we never get to attend the appointments. I will update if things chage but as of now I'm upset and disappointed. I lost money and a whole day...

Nice and friendly staff.. dentist was great with all 3 of my kids.. very kind and understanding, made sure my daughter was comfortable throughout her procedure.

I chose this dentist because they advertised as a provider that accepts Medical Smile California Dental Ins. My appointment was reschedule many times, I was told my Medical was about to lapse so I was forced to purchase another insurance in order to keep my appointment. My medical never lapse they just didn't want to bother verifying or dealing with the hustle of government insurances. My appointment had been originally booked as an emergency, Obviously that didn't matter. I am now needing some dental work done, which they try to collect money from me even though now I have a primary and a secondary insurance. I was told authorizations were being requested from my primary insurance and once they respond to them, They will request authorization from the secondary insurance. It has been a month now so I decided to follow up with my dentist. They're telling me my primary insurance hasn't respond I decided to reach out to them and they're saying they never received anything from gentle dental. I now call back my dentist office and speak to Laura which claims to be the office manager. I asked for her help and she responded that its out of her hands and there is nothing she can do as the corporate office handles this and her billing. I requested there phone number and was told that there isn't one, I am simply frustrated and asking for help and she was denying me that. I ask if she could please send the authorization request again and confirm they have receive it. Her reply was " I'll put a note here" I said okay I will follow up with you next week. She then reply.. uh-huh and hang up. Absolutely horrible service as for as the Doctor and the back office they are great. I never write reviews but this has being the worse experience ever. P.S Still need help.

Honestly I think they take all different lunch times because on Thursday when I was experiencing obsessed under my teeth in my jaw I called every 15 minutes and someone answered.
