I was a bit nervous about the CT scan but the technician made me feel very comfortable and explained the whole process. She answered any of my questions and made it a easy process. Great experience. Receptionist was polite and helpful. Explained what I needed to do as far as paperwork. My technician explained the procedure and asked if I had any questions. Everything went smoothly and I was on my way. Only one thing is that you need stretchy wrap when removing IV from people on blood thinners. Had blood running down my arm because the little piece of tape with a folded piece of gauze is not sufficient. 😊

I only put 3 stars because the MRI folks were wonderful they were quick they were fast. I told them I needed to have a CD to take to my doctor they said to go up to suite J to pick it up and they would already be transferring it so it would be done shortly after I got to the other place to pick it up. I waited an hour and a 1/2 at suite J and they were not done with my CD. I kept inquiring every 15 mins because I had to get to my next doctor's appointment 8 miles away and needed to leave. Now someday this week I will have to take time off from work, and I work at Fort Irwin 75 miles away....just to go back and pick it up...I live 20 miles away so I will have to make a 40 mile round trip To pick up a CD that I waited an hour and a 1/2 for when my MRI only took 20 minutes total so 5 stars to the MRI folks _3 star to Suite J advanced imaging lady at the front desk.

I come 2 hrs away to visit this office. Totally awesome place. Workers are all polite, fast, thorough, and oh so friendly. The girl that took care of me today was the best. Props to her!! Will recommend them to family and friends.
