I live here for 7 years. I recommend my sister and two friends. I haven’t had any problems here with children or staff. It’s peaceful, clean, and the rental price is better than a lot of places. I’m happy that Jessica is being promoted and Millie is back. Having a staff that knows the property and their residence is very important. I don’t like when residents only want to write a review when they get evicted or something goes wrong. What about when things, situation and etc goes righ…. What happens to those reviews???? I have no rodents, no leaks, no loud neighbors and children are helpful. When I need help with groceries, moving stuff around in my apartment I get help from the children or a friendly neighbor. With that said, treat Ppl like u want to be treated and stop leaving bad reviews when ur upset. I’m glad we have a staff in the office that cares and knows their residence

The management is trash. They will move your move in date without disregard for the renter's timeframe. And claim the unit your trying is up to par. The amenities do not look up keep. The only nice thing about the complex is the leasing office. And they have every excuse in the book. Sorry complex. Maybe you will have better luck.
