Bonitas nails is the best nail salon I have been to, they take their time and do exactly what you ask for. Definitely recommend them! Johnny does amazing nails, they are all great!

I've gone here twice and both times had a bad experience. I will never go here again. 1. Went here with my three girls and the pedicure lady was so rude to my oldest daughter she made her cry. I told her she wasn't allowed to do the other girls and requested someone else. The entire time she did my nails she had a bad attitude and they entire experience for all of us was just very uncomfortable. Not welcoming or friendly. 2. I needed a new full set and had 1 broken nail already. The lady was aware of this before starting. She first clipped down all my acrylics then started drilling the nails on my right hand (hand with 1 broken nail) and after she put my fingers in hot acetone to soak it off which I've never had done before. I mentioned that it hurt the broken nail and asked her to soak them or take them off differently for that one finger. She then spoke something to the guy who I believe is the owner and he came back saying no they can't and won't be able to do ther service. I left with all 10 nails half clipped, 5 nails drilled down. They were also rude the entire time I was there again. I called the first salon down the road and asked them to fix it. They glady did and did an AMAZING job, were friendly, and GOOD. When I walked in to the salon they were asking me to tell them more details at what happened at Bonitas and I shared. Then 3 ladies who were there getting their nails done said that they all had just come from Bonitas as well and left mid service due to how rude Bonitas staff was. So if you need an actual good place to go to go to LB Nail & Beauty on Power and Broadway. They are AMAZING!!!!

I went to this nail salon one time before and had a ok experience. The next time I went a few months later which was yesterday March 30th, 2022) they told me “oh you’re too difficult we can’t do your nails because of what you want” I SWEAR this is what they said! I said “I just want a simple acrylic” even the lady sitting I was looking at them strange because their store was empty and I was polite. I think they were being lazy…. Who knows… So I will NEVER go back there again. I WARN you DO NOT SPEND you money there…. And if you get your nails done here and you become too complicated in their eyes it’s a possibility they will not serve you… So don’t waste your time or money go somewhere else cause there’s plenty of these nail salons around….

Got a "duo pedicure" during lunch break. Great service, relaxing, walk ins accepted. I enjoyed the experience and the color choices. For gel polish.
