I loved that this place was in my neighborhood. However, customer service is not their strong suit. Make an appointment and yius till end up waiting for 45 minutes to be seen. They cannot seem to get their timing down. Then, if you are asked a question, like do yiu want your nails shorter, and you say yes, if they didn't hear you then you are yelled at in feint of everyone. Manager did not stop this at all. I am a good tipper, try to plan my time there, and I am respectful. I see no reason to be treated in such a manner. I have tried other people who work there and it is all the same. I won't be going back to be treated like garbage.

Do not go here! I had a set of acrylics on. The tech used a plastic nail tip to pry them off my nails instead of soaking them in acetone! Luckily the person who did this didn't do my nails. Who knows what they would look like.

I went in telling them i want manicurw and pedicures. They have me sit away from every one i set and i wait no body come and gets me for the pedicure so i pay 18 just for manicures this place is bad

Perfect wedding nails!! Customer service was awesome and they offered us water. The lady doing my nails was super sweet. She took her time and made them amazing!
