I went to this salon to get a pedicure and a simple manicure. I arrived around 5:30p and they close at 7pm. As I got my pedicure done they upsold me and suggested I get a gel manicure instead. Lisa did a great job! However, the other lady in the salon started complaining that it's 8pm (I had no idea what time it was at the time, but it was 7:43 pm when I got to my car). She very rudely told me (after I paid) that I needed to come in the morning next time. Kept going on how I need to come earlier next time. Kept on and on about it. I explained I got there in plenty of time. Why would she think there would be a next time after her rude remarks?! I told her to go ahead and charge me $75 for all, she went ahead and charged 75 with a 50 cent fee for using my card. What part of 75 total do you not understand? Incredibly rude woman and there wasn't anyone else in the salon, so why didn't she get up and help? I will NOT be going back thanks to the rude woman in the back, that sat and talked on her phone the entire time.

They did not paint my nails all the way to the edge. They then had to use a small brush to get the edges. I have never had anyone at any nail spa do that. I don’t think he has the proper skills needed. Because he had to use that brush he got polish on my fingers and was upset when I asked him to remove it. He said it was my fault because I wanted the polish so close to my cuticles. He then proceeded to argue with me and I did not engage. I will never go back there.
