I love this place! I've been coming here regularly for the past 8 months, and from the moment I first walked in, I felt warmly welcomed. Her team are kind and professional and most importantly -- consistent. I was really glad to find a place around the area.

If i could give 0 starts I would.. HORRIBLE SERVICE & RUDE!! I scheduled a manicure and a pedicure here, I was 7 minutes late and was told I had to wait 20 minutes, I said fine because I was a little late. Well it turned into 30.. So then it’s my turn to get my nails done and I show them a picture of what I want and the guy says “no, I can’t do it” as he is talking to his coworker in another language. Then my manicure is done and he says “we don’t have time to do your pedicure because you were late” mind you I had waited 30 minutes to get my manicure started. So I’m sitting here literally crying as they hurry up and try to paint my nails because they don’t have time to do a normal pedicure.. which is what I made the appointment for!! I feel like 7 minutes shouldn’t have made that much of a difference… just don’t come here they are clearly unorganized. Never have I had such a terrible experience at a nail salon..

I'm in town from NC visiting family, and desperately needed a pedicure before a wedding tomorrow. So glad I chose Petal Fresh! I received a friendly greeting and had a wonderful experience. I was a bit rough, coming from a hike, but my nail tech made me feel beautiful! She also gave the absolute best leg massage ever! I'll be back next time I'm in town.

The place is super nice. The staff was very attentive, friendly and cautious to make sure everything was being handled safely with this pandemic. They offered drinks which is very nice. Massage was amazing. She did awesome job on my nails. Price was great. I look forward to coming back!Hi Kay, So glad that we delivered and met your expectation.
