Not the worst company but they definitely need to change some of their policies. My last name hadn't been changed on my license when my husband and I went to sign up for gas and water. I had our marriage license and house documents and I wasn't allowed to be added to the bill.

I have had service since August 2021 and have not received the first bill. I was told I had requested no paper bill but I told her I want a bill in the mail. Still no bill. I have tried to pay online but since I had a previous account with them, I was told I may have problems with the system wanting to revert back to my old residence service. i have paid late every month because for some reason even though I sent in a voided check for my payment to come directly out of my checking account the bill is still not being paid. They blame everything on the post office.

It was like 300$ non refundable as well. I dont have very good credit so yours could be less im not sure
