This utility company is horrible. They make it extremely difficult to pay your bill, either through a website that doesn't work or through an automated late 90's tech phone service. The only way I can get enrolled for auto pay is to go into the office and provide bank information? But you can provide a CC through the automated line and pay instantly. It doesn't make any sense, you would think they would make it as easy as possible to take your money... Also, customer service is abhorrent. Every time you have to call in they talk to you like you're a child and an inconvenience. I'm digging a deep well...

There are no store hours at all. Bo open or closed sign. I mean really let's get it together I have to pay cash. this is a problem I don't know when you're open or not. I have to waste my time and gas diving back and forth until it's open.
