I can't recommend Sylvan of Highlands Ranch and Lone Tree enough! Margie and her team of tutors are nothing short of amazing. It is obvious that they are passionate about kids and what they do. At our first meeting Margie helped us determine what areas my son needed to focus on and took the time to help us make a plan to reach his goals. They were super flexible to work with our schedule so that we could do a mix of Zoom and in person classes. The progress my son made in a short period of time was incredible.

M S, Thank you for the thoughtful question. Our Diagnostic report helps us analyze the strengths and challenges of the individual student. That,in turn, allows our tutors to customize their tutoring to that student and learning style. Student can ask specific questions on material and get immediate feedback and explanations. We are also able to personally motivate, calm anxieties, address test anxiety etc. We also work with the students on how to apply strategy to specific questions. We “tutor to the whole child” which involves so much more than just content knowledge. We believe that online solutions can be part of the answer for every student and for some rare students, may even be the only solution they need. Sylvan offers some great tools on-line and in our center for the SAT/ACT test.
