The person at the front desk's who answered me to get scheduled was very rude hoffed and puffed cut me off while I was talking asked to speak to a manager and she told me they where too busy to speak to me told her I would hold and sent me straight to voice mail if this is how you treat new patients I would never want to be scheduled at a facility like this . I got terrible treatment before I could even make a appointment

I love the Lone Tree office! The lady at the front desk is so friendly as are the US techs and nurses I’ve seen. I have seen a different NP or doctor every time I’ve gone, but they all have been so great! I have seen Kathy Reed a lot over the years and always enjoy seeing her. I saw Dr. Maxwell for the first time and she was very friendly and took the time to really talk through things with my husband and I.

I just love Dr. Chu and this whole office. I've been searching for the right fit in Denver for awhile and was never successful until a friend told me about Dr. Chu. I drive from denver to see her in her lone tree office and it's worth the visit. Finding the right fit for all my female needs is so important for me as this is going to be a doctor that gets really intimate and personal. She is so kind and understanding. She listens to all my needs and never rushes through our appointment. Not only do I just love her but all the office staff and nurses are great too. I wish I could give them more stars because 5 doesn't give them justice. If you are looking for a new Dr., Come here. You will not be disappointed.
