I went for a primary care visit. They referred me to routine megagram. I have a very good insurance. I gave my insurance card during visit. Also gave my insurance card to the referred physician. Had to go for a diagnostic mammograms' as well after that after 6 weeks. All this time they never told me the facility and doctor was out of network. Neither by referred primary care or by the facility who did mammogram. I ended up with close to 5000$ bill. After so many calls, they didn't do anything about it. I ended up paying that. Such a bad billing service and hugely expensive. Best to steer clear of this sham of a place !

Dr. Corliss, the nurse that helped me, and the staff were all especially warm and welcoming. They all made me feel comfortable and asked for what I needed out of my visit to ensure that everything got covered. I'd highly recommend Dr. Corliss and this UC Health location. I'll definitely be back.
