Working at Milliken is really hot, but it's definitely worth it. The classes set you up to succeed and go forward. The instrutors are an amazing team.kudos to Mrs.Teresa Littlejohn and Ms. lieutenant Nancy slaughter. Amazing ♀️. Thank you Nancy for the way you kept returning us back to the hands on training. And your team motivation.. HR Is not a scary place,those ladies and gentlemen are kind and willing to help you. I lost my things to fire and Tiffany stepped up to put 👕🎽's on my back. Thanks to you all. I love being apart of Rogers life and his passion. I actually knew him as a lil girl. He and his family were like family to my grandparents. I had a job interview with them for prep. I just got off work at my job I am at now because it is an hour away and I need a new job. The lady from their hiring team kept calling me and messaging me on Indeed. I get there with only a two hour nap. Now remind me Now hiring signs are all over this plant. I get there 30 minutes early. The supervisor is asking me questions not pertaining to the job. Then she told me the pay scale was JUST $15.11 per hour for that job. And top pay is just $17.57. That’s nothing lol then she told me that their schedule runs like this the first week you are on first. The second week you are on second and the third week you are on third. Plus they are on 6 days per week. Who wanna work like that for $15 not me. They must not be working hard or something. After the interview she told me to go sit back in the lobby just for a lady in Human Resources to tell me that Wendy is going to email me. 10/15 minutes later. I’m glad I wasn’t fit for this job. I will stay where I am at and drive that one hour.

Terrible place to load more than 5 hours to solve your load and you are still waiting, if possible, do not come to this warehouse or bring lunch because with the cookies and chocolate that they give you when you register, they want you to wait all day, if possible, do not I give no stars..

Whenever I come here to load, they can't find my load and when they find it, they spend 4 hours or more charging. If it were up to me, they'll never visit this place.
