I delivered some tubing to them and it is absolutely impossible to get ahold of somebody in shipping and receiving on the phone to find out delivery information. I tried multiple phone numbers and extensions and sat on hold for a long time and still couldn't get ahold of somebody in shipping. I probably could have kept that tubing on my trailer for two years and they probably wouldn't have a clue where it was. The only positive stars I give is for the fella unloading me, nice guy and quick and proficient in his work.

What a way to waste 3k in a suspension that brakes and have a hard time just getting replacement parts that should be warranty all I get is you will reserve replacement parts in a week well it’s been a month and I bet they still haven’t shipped any parts this company a joke to me now there goes my c10 project
