Mike and John were FANTASIC to work with. I had Jeep Wrangler hinges that the paint was peeling off of.. I decided it would be a cheaper more long term solution to have a line-x coating put on them vs. repainting over and over. Not only were they helpful in answering questions and helping me figure out if this was a good fix for me... the work they did is stellar! The hinges look great and even better now attached to the Jeep!! If I'm ever in need of this type of coating again, they are my first call!

I had Line-x in Lakeville, MN rust proof and undercoat my 2017 dodge challenger GT and they did a phenomenal job. I asked them to take before and after pictures (which they did), and the vehicle looks phenomenal. They warranty their service so if any rust or coercion does form in a few years they told me to bring it back and they’ll take care of it. I believe new vehicles have a life time warranty and mine is warrantied until 2030 since it had 50k miles on it already when i brought it in. Seriously, excellent job Line-x! I’ll be using your services on future vehicles for sure. I wanted to address line-x’s customer service. This is the first time I’ve had my car rust proofed so I had a lot of newbie questions about the process. Mike was very kind, patient, and thoroughly explained all of my questions. I felt as if my business was valued and that they genuinely wanted me to be pleased with their product and service. Before going with Line-x I almost went with Ziebart, but when I spoke with them they responded impatiently, did not thoroughly address my questions or walk me through their process, and I felt as if they just wanted to rush me off the phone. Ziebart wanted my money but not customer satisfaction. I did not feel confident going with Ziebart. (Goes to show how important customer service is.) Because of this, I called around and discovered Line-x. They were about $50 more than what Ziebart quoted me (probably due to a difference in the actual coating/process) and to me that $50 difference was 110% worth the customer service from Line-x. They truly went out of their way to ease my worries about my purchase and walk me through the process. I’m absolutely satisfied and would recommend them 10/10 without hesitation. Again, they did a great job on the vehicle.

What a wonderful experience from Mike and the team. I had a 2015 Jeep Wrangler (Starwood custom) in for undercoating and rustproofing. I had concerns initially as my first experience with undercoating from a different business in Rochester went horribly wrong. The guys here at Line-x made me feel very comfortable with their process and even let me thoroughly inspect when they finished. I was able to point out any additional areas that I wanted to be coated and they happily got it done. The customer experience was top notch! This is how a business should be run and that’s why you see so many good reviews. These guys will treat your vehicle as if it were their own. I have no reservations about coming back for other services in the future.

Mike Prikopa and his guys were amazing! I had an Access Roll-Up Cover put on my Ram 1500. They had the best price in town and were so friendly and professional. I was in and out in about 15 minutes.
