Nice apartments if you have HAVE to stay here. Margarita answered the phone and didn’t sound interested in renting out her IMMEDIATE 1 bedroom. We arrive and still like the phone call, uninterested. We asked her simple questions and she didn’t know how to answer them, or she would just change the subject. I’ve seen reviews on other people but Margarita was not helpful.

Alyssia in the front office was incredibly helpful. She walked us to the unit and didn’t hover while we looked around, the Lincoln place website to apply and pay rent is extremely easy to use. The neighborhood is a great location for Albuquerque and decently quiet. The walls between units seem to be incredible. I haven’t heard anything from my neighbors and I don’t think they’ve been able to hear me. I would definitely recommend this place to live.

I love living here! I recently moved and my experience is by far the most awesome than any other apartment i have lived before. Susan rock! She care so much about her resident that i am genuinely impress. She have managed the apartment beautifully. It’s hard to find a place to call home these days with management being less interactive and helpful, but glad i found this place and sweetheart Susan who goes extra miles to help and keep her residence happy. Trust me friends the apartment finding and get process is frustrating but not in Lincoln. Ask for Susan she will work through your paperwork with big smile on her face and in no time you will be in . Thank you Susan for great help.
