I've been a resident of Addison Landing for over 10 years. The slogan "You Matter Here at Addison Landing" is steadily causing me to think otherwise. I have sent the property manager at least 10 emails, with pictures, complaining about my guest bathroom ceiling. The initial email was sent 11/2021 and the last one was sent 08/2022. It started with a water stain, then the stain started to spread, soon black mold started to grow, finally I have a HOLE in the ceiling. The hole developed on Friday 8/26/22 due to the rain and had gotten larger. I've placed towels and a bucket on the sink and floor to collect the water leakage, only when it rains. The roofing company has came out multiple times in the past, but apparently the issue has not been fixed. I called the front office and emailed the property manager and she told me to be more patient. I've been patient for the past 9 months and counting. I pay entirely to much in rent to have these types of prolonged issues. Furthermore, my daughter has allergies and the mold growth is actually in her bathroom. Is there anyone at the corporate office that can assist with fixing this hole in the bathroom ceiling or hire a different roofing company PLEASE???
