Do not rent from them. All they do Is keep Charging extra fees for no reason , they just like to rip off people , that is all they do .
Good luck with that they over charge for rent and there maitnace is shady at best and there apartments are run down

The properties won't pass a section 8 inspection. Mouse infested. Generally nasty conditions. My opinion
